I’m Andrew, a wedding photographer based in Wigan, covering weddings across the North West and beyond, including Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire, the Lake District and Cumbria.
Most of the day, I work around what is happening, photographing the people, atmosphere and moments you may not see for yourself. When portraits or family photographs need direction, I keep it clear, simple and comfortable.
YOUR WEDDING SHOULD FEEL LIKE A WEDDING, NOT A PHOTOSHOOT. I’LL LET THE DAY FLOW NATURALLY AND STEP IN WITH GUIDANCE WHEN IT HELPS.

I won’t constantly interrupt what is happening or turn your wedding into a long photoshoot. I observe, anticipate and photograph the day as it unfolds.
When direction is useful, I step in. I organise family photographs efficiently, find the right light and give simple guidance during couple portraits without making anything feel stiff or forced.
You will know what to do when it matters, while still having the freedom to enjoy the day without constantly thinking about the camera.

What I enjoy most about weddings is that no two days ever feel the same. Every couple, family and celebration has its own energy.
I’m drawn to the nervous anticipation before the ceremony, the reactions you may not see, friends laughing during the speeches and the moment everyone finally lets go on the dance floor.
These photographs matter because they bring back more than how the wedding looked. They bring back how it felt.

OUTSIDE OF WEDDINGS
Travel is a big part of my life. I love discovering new places, experiencing different cultures and seeing how people live, celebrate and connect.
It constantly inspires me and reminds me how important it is to slow down, be present and notice what is happening around me.
That same curiosity shapes the way I photograph weddings. I pay attention to people, atmosphere, light and the smaller details that can easily be missed, but often become an important part of the story.
